Oats: a Restorative and Nutritional Herb

We grow our own Oats (Avena Sativa) at Sister Sage herb farm on Vashon Island for our products. We hand harvest what we need and let the rest self seed for the next year. It is a beautiful crop to grow, and the tea made from the tops tastes so good!
