Ingredients: Filtered Water, Kosher Glycerin, Ethyl Alcohol, Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis), Oats (Avena Sativa), and Catnip (Nepeta cataria).

We use a mixture of certified fair trade glycerin and locally made alcohol in our formulas!

Suggested Use:

Take 30-60 drops (1-2 full droppers) directly in the mouth, or in 1-2 ounces of water, about 20-30 minutes before bedtime.
